I had a freak accident at the house and it was not bad enough for the er, but could not wait to make an appointment the next day.  Went online to find an urgent care and they all closed at 7!!!!!  Found After Hours Urgent Care and they had great reviews and were open.
Filled out all forms as husband was driving me up there and when we arrived the front staff saw my foot and communicated with the staff.  When I went back, they took me straight to the procedure room and were ready for me. The nurse partitioner and doctors were in there and treated me so well.

First Impression, its fresh, clean and inviting facility, the reception staff was kind and HELPFUL! The Medical Assistant was very kind, patient and made me feel like I was going to be taken care of. The Doctor made me feel like I was the only patient he needed to see, no rushing no pushing me out. He sat down and explained my situation. He took excellent care of me. Very friendly staff. We visited here yesterday as my son got hurt while playimg soccer . He hit the ball near his eyebrow.  So we coyld not find any urgent near to my place after 8 pm. I got this from google they are open till 1 A.M. this is very thoughtful. We visited this center all the way from 30 miles its just wirth worth. Just impressed .About provider he is really awesome !!  He made 3 stitches on my son  eyebrow within a minute without pain. I recommend every friend . It was really a great thought to open such center naming after hours urgent care. Very needful, helpful. Got an immediate appointment, clinic is so good. Efficient, professional, and kind! Scheduling online was easy and I was able to be seen within an hour of requesting an appointment — I only spent about 10 minutes in a waiting room. Dr. G and the staff are so pleasant, receptive, and informative, and they were able to fully assess me, take and read my xray on site and direct me to a 24 hour pharmacy to pick up my prescription that night.

I’ve been to many other urgent cares around Charlotte for various ailments over the years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Really good experience here. I had no wait time, it was clean, staff was very kind, and the sign up process was easy and quick. Dr. G was awesome. I wish them much success
